Erik is responsible for product direction, commercial strategy, and overall company leadership at HedgeID.

Before joining the company, he led sales and go-to-market efforts for a range of high-growth SaaS fintechs operating at the intersection of machine learning, data, and capital markets.

Earlier in his career, Erik spent a decade in institutional capital markets across both the buy and sell side, spanning fixed income sales and trading, research, and markets technology at firms including Deutsche Bank, CIBC Global Markets, and the Bank of Canada.

He holds a business degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Pat is responsible for technical strategy, architecture, and infrastructure at HedgeID. Before joining HedgeID, Pat was the co-founder and CTO of Knak, where he led the company’s growth from concept to a $10M+ ARR enterprise SaaS platform used by Fortune 500 firms including Google, Meta, and Amazon.

Pat held a range of product and engineering leadership roles across startups and consulting firms, advising early-stage companies through Invest Ottawa and scaling development teams at Lutendi Systems and Synergiq Solutions. Pat holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Ottawa and brings over 15 years of experience building and scaling high-performing software teams.

Craig Marthinsen is a senior capital markets executive and sales leader who advises HedgeID on revenue strategy and go-to-market execution. He brings decades of experience building and leading high-performing sales organizations across the sell side, including TD Securities and CIBC World Markets, as well as the global market data ecosystem. Craig was part of the early commercial team at Markit Partners, where he helped scale the business through its growth into IHS Markit and its eventual acquisition by S&P Global in 2020. At HedgeID, he works closely with the founding team as a CRO Advisor, shaping pricing and packaging, enterprise positioning, and sales execution to ensure the company builds durable, high-quality ARR aligned with our clients long-term strategic outcomes.

Rana is responsible for product management and user experience at HedgeID. She collaborates with HedgeID’s contributor network as part of a broader focus on integrating user insight into product development and delivery.

Overseeing data integration projects at HedgeID, she supports institutional clients in implementing fintech solutions that bridge finance and machine learning. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours at Carleton University, where she focused on finance, data analytics, and quantitative methods.
