Business Contact Information (BCI): Includes names, business emails, phone numbers, job titles, professional affiliations, and employer details of institutional professionals in the capital markets. This information is sourced from publicly available websites, regulatory filings, and voluntary submissions by firms or users.

B. Contributor and Client Account Information: Includes name, email, login credentials, usage activity, and optional profile details. Used to manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.

C. Metadata and Technical Information: We may collect IP addresses, browser types, session data, and usage logs to ensure secure access, optimize platform performance, and monitor engagement.

3. How We Collect Information

  • Public sources (e.g., regulatory filings, official websites, industry publications)
  • Voluntary data contributions from users
  • Direct outreach to firms and professionals
  • Account registration and user activity within the platform

We do not sell personal data in the traditional sense. We license access to structured professional data for internal use by our clients, under strict contractual terms.

We do not share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or social networks.
